*****ing

<p>On the 12 January 17 I left my Ford Focus for service at the Edenvale dealership.</p> <p>Surprise: they stole my iPad, which was left inside the driver´s seat back pocket. When complaining the franchise executive Gary Mancerdid not appear perturved at all, like if *****ing from customers is an accepted practise in his workshop, not even considering questioning the cleaning staff which obviously stole the pad. My son wanted to give a reward for its return, as the ipad is password protected and has little use for a stranger without access. This was also disregarded by Mr Mancer. It is appauling that *****ing, which in an ethical organisation, is reason enough for summary dismissal, appears to be condoned at Bassil Green Edenvale at the highest level . Bassil Green is a large organisation and should take steps to train their staff on ethical behaviour. This attitude is completely unacceptable and should be condemned by senior management and culprits shamed and fired.</p>
