Service at Bassil Green Ford

Good day, We encountered a problem with ford service department a month ago, the dealer principle, mr Gary Mancer contact me and asked me to please bring my vehicle back so that the problem can be rectified, we were at Bassil Green ford yesterday and received a warm welcome, our vehicle were booked in and recieved special treatment, we were also given a courtesy vehicle for the day and I must admit it was wonderful and yes even though we had to go back to ford we were treated with respect and dignity and apologized for the inconvenience Thank you Bassil Green.
