Poor service from Basil Green Ford - Edenvale

I bought a second hand Ford Figo Diesel from them in June 2020. From day one, I had terrible service from the dealership ranging from incomplete papers to a car that was overheating due to radiator failure. Spending time next to the road while the dealership could not figure out if the car was registered with Ford road assistance. I am still not sure if that is the case. I gave up hope on the dealership and the car and traded it in on the good old trustworthy Toyota Corolla at Motus Toyota in Cape Gate. What a pleasure.
