Poor Sales service Basil Green Ford. Edenvale.

<p>We were interested in buying a Ford Ranger form Basil Green. The Sales lady was so eager to sell it to us she wanted to email me the application papers without me seeing or test driving the Ranger. We went to go look at it with our Discovery as a Trade-in vehicle for the Ranger. At Basil Green they only offered us R60 000 trade in on the Discovery. They told us that they are waiting for more quotes on the Trade in value and will phone us as soon as they have received it. It is 5 days later and nobody contacted us again. They obviously dont need the sales. My attention was also very much drawn to the staff standing in corners smoking, in fact the whole branch smelled of smoke when you walk in, it was disgusting.</p>
