Poor Customer Service, feeling betrayed, having been sold a car that was involved in an accident without disclosure.

I bought my first car (Used Vehicle) last year October at Ford Basil Green Edenvale. Two weeks ago, I have been experiencing some weird things on it namely: • The Airbag light was on. • A funny noise from the Engine and a funny sound from the clutch pedals.

But when I took the car to Cassey Ford dealership in Benoni I was then called to be notified that they had run a Diagnosis Report prior anything and it shows that the car was involved in an accident, advised to take it to the panel beater for report as they cant provide me with their report and they cant be of assistance moving forward as its out of their hands, regardless of the outcome.I was never involved in an accident with The ford Fiesta St. I didn’t option to go to the panel beater, I then took the car to the Dealership where I bought it at Basil Green Ford Edenvale. When I get there, I was asked to leave the car behind so they can check and fix it. i just want to understand is it possible that Ford sells cars that were involved in an accident? Who can then assist me to get full proof that the car was or wasn't involved in an accident?
