Poor customer service

<p>On 4 July 2016, I booked in my vehicle for 7 July 2016 with Gerdah (not sure of the spelling) to have my alarm checked. I was told that my booking has been confirmed and to bring the vehicle in in the morning if the 7th.</p> <p> </p> <p>Upon bringing my vehicle in I was told that a booking was never made and they could not fit me in because they were fully booked. In addition Gerdah is not available to determine why the booking was never made not that anyone even tried to actually find her, she must have been in the ba*****t that only she has access to.</p> <p> </p> <p>Never mind the fact that the failure to book the car in was completely their fault no arrangement could be made and I was given a booking a week later. When I asked how I would get to work I was told that although they have drivers in the morning to take me to work there aren't any drives after 12, because nobody works after 12 ever, and therefore I need to arrange for the collection of my car if it takes a day for them to fix it.</p> <p> </p> <p>After reluctantly booking the vehicle in I then got an SMS confirming my booking with another person's name (Mrs Jabu) and after getting them to correct it I received another sms informing Mrs Jabu that her booking has been cancelled so I can only assume that they've now cancelled some else's booking.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would not recommend this branch to anyone as they seem completely helpless to procedures they mess up themselves. I would give it a rating of no stars if I could.</p>
