No Service

<p>I sent my car into Basil Green Edenvale at 2.15 pm yesterday the 11 May 2016 for a radio code . I get tpold that there is only one technician on duty and I would have the car back in two hours . I called and they told me my car would be ready by 4.30 pm . I called at 4.20 pm and was told that they were not ready for me and that my car would have to stay over and I could collect my car in the morning . This morning the 12 May 2016 I called ...guess what the car was not ready . I asked to speak to the technician and suddenly he is on course ... I ask for the Dealer Principal and he is in a meeting. Is this the kind of Service Ford gives ? They cant even phone you to let you know what is happening with your car and this was only for a radio code .Imagine if you were having mechanical work done . Why must I the client keep phoning them to listen to their false promises . I would not recommend Basil Green Edenvale to anyone </p>
