No feedback

<p>About 2 weeks ago the check engine light on my ford fiesta st came on. I took it in to be checked. I was assisted by a guy named Kobus. He advised me that it was the bypass valve as well as the oxygen sensor. He then told me that the warranty might pay for the problems and he will submit everything and he will give me a call back to book in my vehicle. I phoned him earlier this week to find out what was going on as I did not get any feedback from him. Kobus then told me he will do a follow up and phone me back. Still waiting. I also told him that my car had to be booked in for these repairs this week as I will be back at work next week and can't really bring in my car then as I need it for my work. In the mean time my check engine light came back on. So now I have to drive around with a vehicle that has problems and the people who are supposed to assist me just don't care. I expect you to now come up with a solution on how you can fix my vehicle without causing any inconveniency to myself. I have tried from my side to get this resolved without any assistance from your side and this is unacceptable.</p>
