No Customer service or after sales service

My ford Ecosports went in for a service, my cubbyhole was broken and my seats are squeaking terribly. I told them this, but it still came back the same. I contacted Warren the service manager who promised to help me out and get back to me by Tuesday last week, well I have not heard from him!! have you??? Not surprising as the same thing happened at Bruma Barloworld Ford where I bought my car and decided to try another dealer, but they are all the same. they don't give a continental about service... I called today AGAIN and AGAIN I have not heard back from them.. I will give the principal dealer 24hrs to call me otherwise I will be going social with this and believe me that is not where I will stop. WHY ON EARTH DID I BUY A FORD????
