Basil Green Edenvale

I was informed my brake pads need changing during a routine service. I agreed and paid the required. Since then my Ford Ranger has been in at this dealership 5 times to rectify the screeching noise but they cannot. They tried for me to buy new pads and I can't understand why. I have actually given up in resolving this. Now a few months later after Lockdown, I noticed I am missing a wheel nut. When I use the wheel spanner to tighten remaining, I find that all are a different size. Both front tyres are different. I went to the dealership and there is nothing they can do and want me to purchase 2 full sets from them. Worst service and attitude ever. Becareful with this place. Its a gamble and you never know what you will get after your service. Now I wonder if my tyres have been swapped. Ford SA say they can do nothing.
