My boot would not open, I called the Ford Dealership where I purchased my vehicle, and they advised they could book my vehicle in at their workshops on the 27th November. I booked my vehicle in. I then called Basil Green and that is when my amazing experience started. The response was please bring your vehicle to our workshops and we will do an assessment to see what the problem is. On arrival I was given a very friendly and professional greeting and Jean Loots the Service Advisor immediately called for the workshop foremen who advised that the boot mechanism was faulty and needed to be replaced, they had one in stock and changed the unit there and then.
