Bad communication and no courtesy car

I drove my Ford Ikon 2013 to Basil Green Ford in Greenstone around 9am on the 26th November because the smell of Petrol coming from my car suddenly that morning was overwhelming. They were not friendly to begin with and said they would only be able to look at my car in the afternoon as they were very busy. As the car is close to its service date I requested that the service be done at the same time so that I would not be without a car again so soon afterwards. When I asked if they could arrange for me to get home as they were keeping my car. They said their driver was out. I would have to wait for him to return- without any indication of how long I would need to wait. So I walked. Today After calling numerous times to find out what time I can collect my car I have now this afternoon been told I can only have the car back on Monday afternoon. And they do not have a courtesy car to give me. I have a competition to participate in over the weekend to qualify for SA Champs and I now have no means to get there!
