Service Department

If I could Grade less then 1 star I would. My vehical went in after filling up with contaminated fuel which between basil green Ford service department and fuel provider took 4 months to diagnose and repair. After that they still couldn't get the car running and took another 2 month going through car warranty to replace the motor. I had the car back for less then 4 months when it broke down this time with a seized motor due to a water leek which I'm sure it was due to there incompetence, which they took another 2 months to sort our and I still get the car back with a discoulored water coolant bottle where you can't even see the water level and as per the workshop manager at Basil Green Ford: '' it's not an issue because the bottle is still working". My suggestion take your vehical to any other Ford Service not Basil Green, besides them being rood and not getting back to you on duration and for weeks on end, You are no treeded as customer, more like they are doing you a favor.
