Damaged goods and bad service

Received this email from them this morning: RE: SELF CATER ACCOMMODATION AT THE BUSH CHALET - 31ST OCTOBER 2015 TO 3RD NOVEMBER 2015<br> <br> I refer to the above mentioned visit and the Welcome / Disclaimer Letter namely the TERMS AND CONDITIONS paragraph regarding the damage to the property which was signed by both parties.<br> <br> The white Egyption Cotton bed linnen and douvet inner was found to be soiled with what appears to be coffee or tea stains as well as body oil stains, which we have been unable to remove by means of normal washing.<br> <br> The bottom sheet, douvet cover and douvet inner have been sent to the cleaners for these stains to be removed, the Invoice for same will be for your account.<br> <br> The Invoice will be forwarded to you for payment once the stains have been removed and the costs involved finalised.<br> <br> <br> - There was a bat and rats in the chalet that peed on the duvet and covers the stains was there when we came there the 1st time. No body oils was used or coffee and tee was near the bed. some of the Facilities couldn't even be used by us although it was at the Chalet. The cleaning lady didn't clean correclty and lef some of the bat/rat **** in a corner.
