Excelence - Service Delivery

I recently purchased an office chair from www.takealot.com. The product arrived even though the box in which the product was, was opened. The product came with assembling instructions yet according to the instructions it didn't work. There is no direct contact / telephone details for takealot, so i searched the product on Google and discovered that it is supp**** by basics (online furniture) which do have a contact number. I spoke to a very friendly lady, called Shiona. She assisted me and all is sorted. This is excellent service as i still haven't got any productive feedback from takealot.

It makes a dull day sunny when one receive such service/ responce from a company like Basics. Well done and keep it up!!
