Basically Books - false advertising or no update c

plain and simple. basically books supplies textbooks in and around the fourways area. note sent out tp parents close to the end of year for the books needed for 2016 per Gr and what the amounts are for the packs. Basicall Books are at the schools on certain dats and times up to a week or 2 into the new year. if you could not make it on those dates then you could order online. I though its ok will send an email, a lady rep**** saying that I can order on line....which I tried to do last night...I selected the school the grade and the books, checked out and got to entering my credit card details...the amount was R140 for the 2 books for Gr6 2016. then only to see their is a cost of R65.oo for delivery......wow I wondered, as last year if you ordered online and paid there was not delivery cost....it got delivered to school and given to the child. so I stopped my purchase and sent the lady email asking about the delivery cost, she rep**** saying that they changed the process, order pay online, send through proof of payment, they don't delivery to school, deliver to address given and therefore a cost.. now where on the site does it state about the change or delivery cost. poor!
