Payment of order and NO delivery after 2 months

we previously used Basic Supplements to order products needed from them. We have never before had an issue. I placed an order with Basic Supplements on the 2 May 2015, the payment cleared immediately in to their account as payment was made from FNB to FNB. It is now nearly July and I have not received as much as an email to inform me of what is going on. When you place an order, they are VERY QUICK to send you the invoice with the banking details BUT after that there is no communication at all. I am very disappointed in this and I would like them to know that I will not stop until I have received the refund of the money that I have paid. I will make sure everyone is aware of the service that is received.
