Educational Company taking too many shortcuts
It is totally disappointing that companies advertise this product @R24 000-00 and then does not meet basic standards.<br> <br> Worksheets are misspelled, with language errors, missing memo's, Eng and Afr mixed up, not sufficient info for learners and supp**** in all sorts of formats. There is no basic layout of each subject and everything seems to be done by different people. Policies mentions minimum marks for tests and then the tests supp**** does not correlate. And<br> <br> I have requested everything in Word-format so that editing is possible by ourselves, but the 2 drives I just received are exactly as the previous CD's send. Anna-Marie told me she will export everything to Word, but most of it is still in PDF format. In the mean while I am running up and down to postnet to collect these stuff.<br> <br> <br> If a product is supp**** one can at least hope that everything was spellchecked and edited by professionals.<br> <br> <br> The best thing to do is to send everything back and claim a refund for all the work we had to put into this product to fix it.
