Think twice before you do business with Water Storage Tanks SA (PTY) LTD t/a Basic Azure or with the owner Blaise Osborne ( ********** / ********** / ********** / no website). You will be disappointed with the quality of the products, their after sales service as well as the results when water quality tests are done after the installation of their so-called water quality solutions.

Under-counter RO system and pressure tank installed which is not compatible with borehole water and was not working properly from day one - I gave up after three attempts to have it fixed and only found out later that it was only suitable for use with municipal water after I contacted the supplier directly.

Inferior quality UV filter installed which had to be replaced after six months from installation date. Waited three weeks for filter to be replaced after numerous no shows and empty promises.

Pump had to be returned to be fixed - apparently nothing wrong with the pump - it was my negligence and I am therefore responsible for the costs! I was told that it will take two days from the date that they collect the pump until they come and reinstall the pump again. It was returned a week and a half later and is still not installed, three days after it was returned - no logical reason why it was not reinstalled on the day it was returned apart from the fact that I am being charged a callout fee every time they have to come back to my house - just another way to get more money from me!

Blaise Osborn ***ner) and the plumber working for him does not answer their phones, nor do they reply to e-mails, WhatsApp, sms or voice messages. Makes promises that they do not keep but is quick to send invoices for payment when the work is eventually done.

If you want to deal with a honest / trustworthy company that delivers quality products and after sales service and delivers on their promises, then please do not do business with Basic Azure or its owner Blaise Osborne. You will be disappointed with the results and after sales service!
