Company failing to pay the refundable deposit back. The CEO of the company confirmed via mail that a part of my deposit will be paid back to me after a well point installation wasn't successful. (R2 750.00) I have been mailing this company for the last 2 weeks now asking when my deposit will be paid back. I have received no reply what so ever. I even asked for them just to give me some feedback. I have included in all the mails the CEO, Accounts Department and the general information's e-mail address on their web site. I tried calling their office number with no luck. I was given the CEO's cell no:, sent him a whatsapp with no reply. I have sent them a message via facebook, someone rep**** and said they will get back to me, I'm still waiting.

This has been a very unprofessional and frustrating experience thus far, dealing with this company.
