If I could give Bash zero stars I would. My first and last time ordering with them and it was a truly abysmal experience.

I ordered a pyajama set and the top was sent to me in the wrong size to what I had ordered. Customer service refused to arrange an exchange via courier. I then arranged for it to be collected and returned via courier. Courier never showed up. They claim to have contacted me but I never received a call nor did they ever ring my intercom. Still sitting with the item that's a wrong size now I have to waste my time and petrol to return it in store.

Even worse I then ordered the same item again to get it in the correct size. This time they sent it to me damaged with black stains. Again customer service was extremely unhelpful and refused to arrange an exchange even though this was clearly the fault of the company.

Suffice to say I will never be ordering from them again. Terrible customer service, damaged or wrong items, difficult to exchange or return items. I'll stick to ordering from Superbalist where shopping online is as it should be - a breeze.
