WRONG ITEMS 2 times

They keep sending me the wrong items. I can’t even exchange it. I bought a black durag from Markhams they sent me a red one , I ordered again hoping they would get it right this time. I even sent them an email telling them about what happened the first time and asked them to make sure it’s the right color. This time they sent me blue one. For crying out loud !!!!
