Wrong item, terrible packaging.

I placed an order via the Bash app for a suit that i needed for a function.

The pants arrived. No issues with that. Right product. Decently packaged.

The coat arrived a few days later. Completely wrong item. Wrong colour. Ordered a black coat. Received a blue checkered coat.

The way the coat was packaged is pathetic. The plastic packaging was way too small for it.

I have pictures that i would be happy to share.

I have been purchasing from TFG for years. But i feel that ever since Bash took over, the quality of service had dropped.

I had to go out and get a suit from Truworths yesterday as i didn’t receive what i initially wanted from you guys.
