Wrong item received and no feedback

I ordered SMD Volkano Rhapsody 3.0 Series ANC Headphones from them and received a Volkano speaker (its not even the same type of item). I called them and sent them an email with pictures of the speaker that I received instead of my headphones. I followed up with them again yesterday to ask them when my order will be rectified and have not received an response from them. Even the packaging of the speaker that I received is concerning.
