WORST SERVICE ! DON'T BUY FROM BASH

The absolute worst service I have ever receive in my entire life ! Returning my parcel was a nightmare on its own and then 3 weeks later I am still waiting for my refund ! Every time I deal with their "support" team I get a different excuse and when my refund was meant to be due back into my bank account , the refund was not even processed yet because of course the customer has to follow up ! TO THIS DAY I AM STILL WAITING FOR MY REFUND ! I HAVE HAD A "MANAGER" PHONE ME TO APOLOGISE AND A VOUCHER OFFERED FOR MY NEXT PURCHASE WHICH OF COURSE WILL NEVER HAPPEN !
