Worst returns and refunds

It's my first time using their online purchase. Delivery was on time. Then following day I logged a return for two of the items. They scheduled a pick up for 7 consecutive days with no one showing up to pick up the items. Then when they actually did. I received an email saying they didn't get hold of me and therefore package was uncollected. I sent an email back asking what are they talking about because the courier came and took the jeans. They got back to me as said items were collected it was their error. It's now week three waiting on being refunded. I was told it takes up to 10 business days now counting the 7 days their courier company didn't show up to collect the item. They have a serious customer care service issue, they lack the skill to put customers first. I wouldn't recommend using Bash online shopping. It's frustrating 😤
