Worst online experience ever

I placed my order over a month ago on Bash and have still not received it. My order is still processing when i try to track it online. The customer service department told me its an issue with their site and they will resolve it. I have still not heard anything back. Getting the feeling that I wont ever get the order and they just took my money.
