Worst online app ever

I ordered a pair of shoes from bash app from cotton on and then when I wanted to return it I went to cotton on which said was said I should go to foshini and then went to foshini and they said I can’t return it there, but on the app it’s says return to any tfg store. Now I’m sitting with a pair of shoes and I have no idea where how to return it. I went to the waterfront foshini and the women behind the counter had no idea and were sp stupid. The manager was no where to found. Really pathetic service
