WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

Made an online purchase on 10/04/2023, money was deducted from my account but the order didn't go through. It's been over 72 hours now and they're still "investigating" no one knows where the money went to, no one knows when the investigation is gonna end...so frustrated I just need my money 😤😤😤
