Worst experience ever!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst experience ever. I ordered 2 items on the 26th Jan and received a confirmation of order stating that i will receive my order in 2-3days. Since then i have received only 1 of my orders. I emailed the bash support and was told my query was escalated and a tracking of the courier they used was given to me. I've just checked and i see my parcel was taken from durben to joburg and im in port Elizabeth. Its been a full week and im still without my parcel. This is the last time im using bash app.
