Worst customer service

If I could rate them a 0 I would. Placed an order when they had a buy one get one free promo, and only one item was delivered, contacted the call center and I was told they could not send the missing item instead they could refund me after explaining I did not want a refund I want the missing item, the agent I was talking was rude and was talking over me not giving me a chance to say anything
