Worst customer service at Bash.

Worst customer service experience I every had. Order *** was purchased online and when I was on the 29th of November called to say they dispatched the order, nothing was mentioned about collection days or times. On 6 December I received a call to say my order has arrived and I can collect the following day after 16:00??? I had to arrange collection and when my collection guy arrived on 19 December by the warehouse the security said they must come back the next day??? Every collection is delivery, an option I was not given on checkout by the way. I spoke to the manager at @home Bloemfontein and she said I can collect on 20 December, yet another collection fee by my third party. I want to have a fill refund. I will never purchase again.
