Worse service ever

21/02/2025 I bought a nespresso gran lattissima black order number B***4-01 for R6499 it was on sale, to my surprise on the 24th/02/2024 I received a lousy email without explanation that my order was cancelled due to inventory error,how is that my problem as I paid in full while it on sale. this is poor customer service and I’m disgusted by Bash.On top of that I’m told I will get refund in 3-10 working days,what the hell is that. I want the service that I paid for.
