Wish I could give a 0-rating!!!

Wish I could give a 0-rating! I got a complete different product to which I ordered. My order was above the amount for free delivery. Now I have to return the wrong product and pay courier fees for a mistake made by BASH! Their online system to log returns are terrible! Wish the TFG can realize how much sales they're losing due to this type of bad service.
