Where is my order?

I bought 5 items on bash 29 Nov. 2 out the 6 items was delivered, 2 refunded and the other 2 shows that they have been delivered. I followed up with them 10 days ago and they said they would deal with it. I'm still waiting and noone has bothered to even call me and explain what happened. The courier company came to the shop to collect my parcel but failed numerous times.
