WHAT A TOTAL "BASH" UP

What a load if bull. This online app/store has ruined my opinion of TFG. Time after time they've shown how disappointing and *********** they are. After several online purchases each and every time there would be a total ***** up with my order.

Firstly, there was no communication regarding my first order.

Secondly, it took 4 weeks before someone acknowledged that my order was not on its way because the courier had run off with it.

I had to reorder a second pair. Paid for it via my Foschini account and waited.

Thirdly, No acknowledgement or correspondence regarding the fact that there was no longer stock for my order and I had to contact BASH to sort it out.

Fourthly, to give BASH the benefit of the doubt i ordered my daighter a different pair of white sneakers size 5. She received a black pair of toddler size 8 sneakers which was addressed to me on the outside box, yet the invoice inside was addressed to a store in Mitchell's Plain Cape Town. Her shoes was clearly sent somewhere else.

Fifthly, I was told that my daighter needes to go in-store and swop the shoes out and that a representative would organise with the chosen store to arrange the swop over for the correct pair. The selected store was at Canal Walk mall as they had stock of the size and style.

When she arrived they had no idea about the shoe and insisted that she present the invoice from the box, which we clearly could not present as it did not correspond to what was purchased and what was actually in the box. After a terrible couple of hours back and forth they finally handed over the correct pair of shoes to her.

I reside in Johannesburg and my daughter in Cape Town so I usually purchase online for her. But I've never had any issues with other retailers.

When I chatted to someone in store they said to rather book the item online and select a store to collect the item at.

I have been trying to do that, however the item I wanted to purchase says one thing, the colour icon says another. I am trying to purchase a white Manchester United Tshirt yet the order page shows a white jersey option but the description reads as green. There is no green option for this jersey.... I've selected the size L yet when I check out my cart, the option it gives is XL.

What in the world are they trying at BASH? Shouldn't they just go back to old school shopping because they clearly cannot run an online store. They need a good BASHing themselves clearly. Get your act together BASH - you've spoilt my whole ideal of TFG.
