Very very poor service and unprofessional

Poor service. Terrible system and lazy workers. I got a call saying my delivery is coming, but they were calling from a wrong address. I told them what my address was and they confirmed that its the same as the one written on the package but they still insisted on me getting my package at the wrong address in a different area, very strange. The next day I called again and the driver said he left my package. I really don't understand why BASH insist on delivering stuff if they are completely incapable of it. There are many unhappy customers. Their workers are very lazy and unprofessional. Terrible service!!
