Very disgusted by the service

This is one company that I would not recommend to anyone ever. They have no client service at all. I placed an order on 30 November 2024, up till today I haven't received it and when I query I was told to wait 24-48hr for feedback, to my surprise I just received an email stating that I will receive a refund and I now have to wait again another 5-7 business days. When we placing orders online we have plans and want convenience but clearly with BASH is the opposite.
