Very disappointing

I've had bad experiences with them in the past, but honestly this is the last straw. I ordered something only sold online by Bash and they delivered the wrong thing: something I didn't want and which costs R1000 less than what I paid for. Now I'm told there's a complex set of procedures to follow to either return the items and be refunded or get the right item and I need to wait for someone to get back to me which wont be very soon since its a public holiday. This was supposed to be a gift for someone and now I don't know if this will be resolved on time. Frankly I'm very upset.
