Very bad service

I am not happy at all on what I come across wen I went to collect my online parcel they send a wrong package with my parcel number on

How can they be so ********, now I have someone blazer while I didn't receive my 2 pairs of shoes.

All I want is the shoes I ordered ,I need to use them this weekend.
