Useless UX in action

Can someone please explain to me how the people who brought us Superbalist, a seamless online shopping experience, also brought us this useless site called Bash. I can't even enter my card details to check out on mobile or desktop. And then when I go to check the product again, the page doesn't even load. I would say your UX designers need to be fired but I don't even think you have any.
