Unwilling to honour transaction at discounted price

Bought shoes at discounted price (-20%) and the transaction was cancelled as it was supposedly lost in transit. Now, I am being offered a credit note and asked to repurchase at the normal price. I have requested that the shoes be re-issued as the shoe and appropriate size is readily available but they are unwilling to honour the transaction at the discounted price. What a sham.
