Unsatisfactory Condition of Received Order

Yho!!!! I received my order of Boots. Upon arrival, the boots were dirty and clearly worn, as if they had been used and then discarded. Bathong! The level of disrespect shown by delivering such an item is upsetting, demeaning even. I am a paying customer who expects to receive items in new and presentable condition.

They just said sorry on e-mail.
