Unsatisfactory client service

I have been a long standing good client of Bash. I just received my online order, where one item was makeup. To my surprise I opened my order and the one makeup item is the WRONG color compared to the color I CORRECTLY ORDERED. Now, I cannot return this item as confirmed via the in app online chat function. How is this fair ???? I can’t use the incorrect color because it is too dark for my complexion. What must I do now ? This is very ********* !
