Unprofessional online delivery process
I placed an online order on the 16th of May, received an email to collect my parcel on 18th May and that it would be available until 26th May. Drove over 45 minutes to the campus square Markhams on 23 May, to find out my parcel has been sent back. This service is really unacceptable.

14 Jun 2024, 06:46After my experience mentioned above, I was promised a refund. On the 26th of May I received an email stating my refund had been processed. Up until now I haven’t received my refund, and when requesting for proof that the refund has been processed, I get stories. This is really the worst e-commerce company ever!
