Unhappy customer

Worse company when I comes to customer care and resolving issues.it takes then weeks to resolve issue.I tried to return an item through their bash platform trust me it’s like you dealing with brainless customer agent can’t solve issue just feels like your talking to a chat bot and don’t even follow up until you call them.
