Unhappy customer - Bash online

I wrote an email to bash asking them why am I getting incorrect items, I ordered a medium size redbat bomber in July for my daughters birthday. They sent me a large size. And I was told at the PE store that they don't have a size, meaning I must see what I can do!! I ordered 2 same relay denim jeans and I got 1 correct, the other 1 is not the correct one I ordered. I have sent an email but no one is replying. I ordered 2 relay red flip flops. They decided to send me blue. Last week I ordered again size 5 redbat slide, they decided to send me 1 Size 5 and size 9. What is wrong with you, do you just decide to send what ever you feel like sending? I need the redbat flip flop urgently and has to be the correct size 5 that I have ordered. I have never been this disappointed. Infact I am giving them 0 star I need a reply on these pls and I need the correct sizes.
