UNHAPPY CUSTOMER

I placed on order of a Black Orlando Pirates bucket hat, a grey one was delivered. note on the invoice says you can exchange items at store where the item is sold. I went to TotalSports mall @ Carnival to exchange, guess what, they don 'tr stock bucket hats. I went to Sportscene as they are in the same group, they don't have club bucket hats. I am so annoyed, I chose black for a reason. Work on your returns policy. DO BETTER
