TRASH not BASH.

Absolute trash service from BASH. I ordered online during the “Foschini Beauty Sale” where you Buy 1 and receive 50% off on the second item. My order was placed more than a week ago and never handed over to the courier. Later got cancelled because RAM attempted to collect the order 3 times. Called on Monday and they promised that the order would be delivered by Wednesday, on the latest Thursday. After numerous calls to try and solve this, the Bash support team kept telling me that it has been escalated. Called again today to find out what’s happening as the order STILL hasn’t gone out, and got informed that they’ll just refund me. I asked if they can place the order again and they just said “NO”. I’ll just have to order again. If I order again, I won’t be given the discount I got when buying the items when on special. How is this ok? They aren’t willing to give me the discount I got when buying the items on special. Not even an apology. This is PATHETIC! I could have bought the items in store but I trusted the bash app. WON’T RECOMMEND.
