TOTALly Ridiculous

My Husband ordered a pair of takkies from Totalsport on the 1 Dec 2024(B***8-01), he recieved his parcel on the 9th and after fitting on the item he realised that he needs 1 size smaller, Today 12 December 2024 he goes to the store to exchange for a smaller size and is told that he will be charged the difference for the item as he paid the “Black Friday price”. I find this to be ridiculous as it is the same takkie.

Could this issue be resolved as it is a TOTAL *******!
